We collect your damaged device via a tracked courier from your chosen address within the UK. Your device is repaired at our Central London location and returned to you upon completion.

How does this service work? 

We collect your device the next working day after booking. On the morning of your collection, you will receive a confirmation text and email of your collection window (normally 30-45 minutes) from our couriers.

When will you collect my device? 

Generally, a device is at our location for only 24 hours. Including shipping times, please expect a 2-3 day turnaround for this service.

How long will the turnaround be? 

As your device is traveling through an overnight courier network, we would advise to securely package your device. It’s best to use protective packaging such as a jiffy bag or box with internal padding.

How should I package my device? 

No, our logistics partner will provide the label for your package upon collection.

Do I need to print a label? 

Your payment is taken securely through our website at the point of booking. This allows the prompt return of your device without any delays.

How do I pay for my repair? 

Yes, our couriers are tracked from the point of collection to delivery. Your device is fully insured during transit.

Are your couriers tracked and insured?

You will be kept up to date throughout the repair progress via email. Once we receive your device via courier you will receive an email to confirm, and once more when your repair has been completed. Our logistics partner will email and text on the day of your delivery to confirm your delivery window.

For clients based in Central London who wish to use our services, we now offer a drop-off service by appointment only. Please book your repair slot through our website booking page to secure your appointment before dropping off your device at our location.

We operate a convenient collection, repair & delivery service for clients based within Zones 1 & 2 in London. Our couriers are fully tracked and insured throughout the journey. Book your iPhone repair before 1pm for a same day return.  

Based outside of same day collection zone? We can still collect and deliver your device anywhere in the UK. Simply book to have your device collected via national courier.  Collection is made the following working day after booking.
